Then Isaac his father answered him: "Behold, away from the fatness of the earth shall your dwelling be, and away from the dew of heaven on high. (Genesis 27,39)

and stay with him a while, until your brother's fury turns away; (Genesis 27,44)

until your brother's anger turns away, and he forgets what you have done to him; then I will send, and fetch you from there. Why should I be bereft of you both in one day?" (Genesis 27,45)

Thus Isaac sent Jacob away; and he went to Paddan-aram to Laban, the son of Bethu'el the Aramean, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob's and Esau's mother. (Genesis 28,5)

Now Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob and sent him away to Paddan-aram to take a wife from there, and that as he blessed him he charged him, "You shall not marry one of the Canaanite women," (Genesis 28,6)

And Laban said to Jacob, "What have you done, that you have cheated me, and carried away my daughters like captives of the sword? (Genesis 31,26)
