Therefore it shall come to pass, when the Egyptians shall see thee, that they shall say, This [is] his wife: and they will kill me, but they will save thee alive. (Genesis 12,12)

And it came to pass, that, when Abram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman that she [was] very fair. (Genesis 12,14)

But Abram said unto Sarai, Behold, thy maid [is] in thy hand; do to her as it pleaseth thee. And when Sarai dealt hardly with her, she fled from her face. (Genesis 16,6)

And he said, Hagar, Sarai's maid, whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go? And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai. (Genesis 16,8)

And Abram [was] fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram. (Genesis 16,16)

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I [am] the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. (Genesis 17,1)
