But they having loaded their asses with the corn, went their way. (Genesis 42,26)

And they came to Jacob their father in the land of Chanaan, and they told him all things that had befallen them, saying: (Genesis 42,29)

When they had told this, they poured out their corn and every man found his money tied in the mouth of his sack: and all being astonished together, (Genesis 42,35)

Their father Jacob said: You have made me to be without children: Joseph is not living, Simeon is kept in bonds, and Benjamin you will take away: all these evils are fallen upon me. (Genesis 42,36)

And having brought them into the house, he fetched water, and they washed their feet, and he gave provender to their asses. (Genesis 43,24)

Then Joseph came into his house, and they offered him the presents holding them in their hands, and they bowed down with their face to the ground. (Genesis 43,26)

And Joseph commanded the steward of his house, saying: Fill their sacks with corn, as much as they can hold: and put the money of every one in the top of his sack. (Genesis 44,1)

And when the morning arose, they were sent away with their asses. (Genesis 44,3)

Them they speedily took down their sacks to the ground, and every man opened his sack. (Genesis 44,11)

Then they rent their garments, and loading their asses again, returned into the town. (Genesis 44,13)

Joseph could no longer refrain himself before many that stood by: whereupon he commanded that all should go out, and no stranger be present at their knowing one another. (Genesis 45,1)

Give orders also that they take wagons out of the land of Egypt, for/ the carriage of their children and their wives: and say: Take up your father, and make haste to come with all speed: (Genesis 45,19)
