Who, when he heard that Jacob his sister's son was come, ran forth to meet him; and embracing him, and heartily kissing him, brought him into his house. And when he had heard the causes of his journey, (Genesis 29,13)

And the messengers returned to Jacob, saying: We came to Esau thy brother, and behold he cometh with speed to meet thee with four hundred men. (Genesis 32,6)

Saying: If Esau come to one company and destroy it, the other company that is left shall escape. (Genesis 32,8)

Deliver me from the hand of my brother Esau, for I am greatly afraid of him: lest perhaps he come, and kill the mother with the children. (Genesis 32,11)
