Thou shalt fly lying. The innocent and just person thou shalt not put to death: because I abhor the wicked. (Exodus 23,7)

Let not the Egyptians say, I beseech thee: He craftily brought them out, that he might kill them in the mountains, and destroy them from the earth: let thy anger cease, and be appeased upon the wickedness of thy people. (Exodus 32,12)

Who keepest mercy unto thousands: who takest away iniquity, and wickedness, and sin, and no man of himself is innocent before thee. Who renderest the iniquity of the fathers to the children, and to the grandchildren, unto the third and fourth generation. (Exodus 34,7)
